Charlie Terreni, Chief Clerk of the PSC for the last five years, will be returning to the private practice of law. During his tenure, he has guided the agency through a restructuring process brought about by the reform legislation of Act 175 of 2004, in which the PSC became a quasi-judicial body.

Deputy Clerk Jocelyn Boyd will assume the position of Interim Chief Clerk on February 8, 2010.

PSC Chairman Lib Fleming recognized Charlie Terreni for his service to the Commission.
