The Public Service Commission has scheduled an allowable ex parte briefing for April 6th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. for an overview of cybersecurity challenges facing providers of critical infrastructure services (including, but not limited to, communications, energy, water and wastewater, and transportation companies). This allowable ex parte briefing will be held at the Commission's offices (101 Executive Center Drive) and will be livestreamed to those who preregister.
